Please open up your prayer book to page 355 to participate and follow along. Only the collect for the day, Scripture readings, etc. will be in the bulletin. An online Book of Common Prayer is here: bcponline.org

During the Covid-19 pandemic we will say this prayer in place of the invitation to the Eucharist (also included in the service bulletin):

A prayer when unable to receive Holy Communion
A spiritual communion is a personal devotional that anyone can pray at any time to express their desire to receive Holy Communion at that moment, but in which circumstances impede them from actually receiving Holy Communion.

My Jesus, I believe that you are truly present in the Blessed Sacrament of the Altar. I love you above all things, and long for you in my soul. Since I cannot now receive you sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. As though you have already come, I embrace you and unite myself entirely to you; never permit me to be separated from you. Amen.
                                                      (St. Alphonsus de Liguori, 1696-1787)”

The Scripture readings will be from the Sunday lectionary, which can be found here: http://lectionarypage.net/
